SGS is known for its client satisfaction and official etiquette. Along with adhering to client instructions, we sometimes go astray from their instructions for better results. Pragmatic impediments and functionality are where we breed, thus client interests are of utmost importance to us. However we seldom go contrary to client instructions, but it may vary depending upon the situation which favors the client.
